Privacy policy

Last updated September 24, 2026

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described in this policy is Sajad Pashaei EI, trading as Tinvora Engineering, 130 Rue de la Roquette, 75011 Paris, France. Email: contact@tinvora.fr. Telephone: +33 7 58 45 51 44.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. Based on the processing described in this policy, no mandatory appointment has been identified. For any question about your data, write to contact@tinvora.fr.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message (required), and your company and telephone number if you give them.

When you use the quote request form, we collect your name, company, email address, the service concerned and your message (required), and your telephone number, industry and country if you give them.

For both forms we also record the date and time of your submission and of your acknowledgement of the form's statement.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. To limit abusive submissions, a one-way (hashed) form of the IP address is held in server memory for up to one hour and is not stored with your enquiry.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry.

  • Quote requests are processed because this is necessary to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract — preparing and discussing a quote (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).
  • Contact enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering the messages people send us (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)). We use only what is needed to reply, and you can object at any time.

We contact you only to respond to your enquiry and to continue the exchange it starts. We do not use your information for marketing.

Technical logs

Our web server keeps technical logs of requests to this website: the date and time, your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's identification (user agent) and the referring page. These logs never contain what you type into the forms. We use them only to run and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in doing so (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)), and they are kept for no more than 14 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 14 days (336 hours) from submission. After that period, your name, email address, telephone number, company and message are overwritten. A separate record is kept of the enquiry type, the country, service and industry selected, and the dates of submission and of your acknowledgement.

The 14-day period may be paused while the enquiry leads to an ongoing commercial discussion or a contract, where the law requires us to keep it, or for another legitimate business requirement; it resumes when that reason ends.

Our hosting provider makes an automated backup of the server every day, held in the same data centre as the server. Only one backup copy is kept: each new daily backup replaces the previous one. An enquiry that has been overwritten or erased can therefore remain in that copy until it is replaced by the next daily backup.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is stored on the server that runs this website. Our hosting provider is OVH Hosting Limited (Ireland), and the server is located in its data centre in Strasbourg, France. Messages you send to contact@tinvora.fr are handled by the same provider's email service, which it hosts in Europe.

No one else receives your information, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your information, and to rectify or erase it. You can also ask us to restrict its use.

  • If you sent a quote request, you can also ask to receive the information you provided in a structured, commonly used format (data portability).
  • If you sent a contact enquiry, you can also object to our use of your information.
  • You can also object to our use of technical logs that concern you.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@tinvora.fr. If you write from the email address you used for your enquiry, we treat the request as coming from you. Otherwise we may ask for details of your enquiry, such as its approximate date and subject, so that we can find it. We do not ask for an identity document unless there is a reasonable doubt that cannot be resolved otherwise.

We reply within one month of receiving your request. Where necessary this period may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if it is.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in France this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Required information

The fields marked as required are needed for us to respond to your enquiry. Without them the form cannot be sent.

Automated decisions

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
